Responsibilities

• Own and execute complete HR operations including

  hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance

• Design and drive

• Lead

  employee engagement initiatives

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact for HR policies and employee support

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience

  in high-growth startups or high-performing teams
• Proven record of managing

  performance evaluation, employee engagement, and HR process implementation

• Strong understanding of

  HR compliance and payroll management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High emotional intelligence with a

  people-first and structured approach
