About the Role Were on the lookout for a dynamic and people-focused HR Executive / Manager to join our growing team in Calicut . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation Coordinate training and development initiatives Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment Support performance evaluations and employee feedback systems Handle HR operations and ensure policy compliance Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals What Were Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement Ability to work independently and in a team Prior experience in fintech or education industries is a plus Familiarity with HR tools and software preferred Why Join Us?
