About the Internship

Zytexa Technology is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing IT team. This internship is designed for students and freshers who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources by gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and core HR operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

  processes
• Support

  employee engagement activities

  and workplace culture building
• Help manage

  attendance, leave records, and day-to-day HR operations

• Maintain and update HR records, policies, and compliance documentation

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives

  like events, activities, and team bonding programs
• Assist in

  performance management and feedback processes

• Collaborate with HR leadership to learn about strategic HR planning and team growth

✅ Requirements

• Graduate/Undergraduate students (BBA, MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, or related fields)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with recruitment tools/platforms is a plus

• Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain
