Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the day-to-day tasks associated with personnel management, HR policies, and HR administration. Responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The intern will also assist in employee benefits administration and other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience with HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
