About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruiter to join our team remotely. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a real-world business environment. Although this is an unpaid role, high-performing interns will be eligible for performance-based incentives and letters of recommendation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Post and manage job listings across multiple job boards and platforms Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Communicate professionally with candidates via email, phone, or video calls Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for selected candidates Contribute to employer branding efforts on social media and career platforms Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager Requirements: Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Detail-oriented and well-organized Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS tools is a plus Company Description Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution platform based in Lucknow, India.
