Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurugram. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, managing HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include supporting personnel management initiatives, maintaining HR databases and ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
• Familiarity with HR Management and the development of HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools is advantageous
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
