About the Role & Team: Urban Company’s India business is divided into three large verticals with several core categories within these verticals. Each category has an independent user offering and supply pool and is led by a business head. Verticals: • Salon for women: Skin-care services • Salon for women: Hair, nails and make-up • Men’s grooming • Spa therapy for men and women • Treatments Home vertical • AC and appliance repair • Cleaning and Pest control • Electricians, Plumbers and Carpenters • Painting Products business (Largely B2B sales) • Beauty & spa products: Both OEM and private labels • Water purifiers, RO filters etc. • Home solutions store • Cleaning products Native • Smart Locks and RO Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Intern at UC, you will play a critical role in sourcing and engaging relevant talent pools, contributing meaningfully to the hiring engine at UC. Key Responsibilities: Engage with Hiring Mangers to understand role requirements. Source relevant candidates through multiple sourcing techniques and platforms. Act as a single point of contact for candidates, aligning interviews and assessments. Collect feedback and manage funnel. Manage post selection process like documentation, salary negotiation and offer rollout. Deliver best-in-class candidate experience, reinforcing UC's employer brand. What are we looking for: Students pursuing MBA (2024-26 batch) with interest in gaining industry exposure.
