Job Description - We are looking for a diligent and motivated HR Intern to support our HR department. This role will primarily involve assisting with recruitment and managing attendance records, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources. Roles and Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition - Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, etc.) and data management. Candidate Management - Schedule interviews, facilitate communication with candidates, provide interview feedback and ensure a seamless interview process. Onboarding - Help in the onboarding process of new hires (includes pre-onboarding procedures, welcome inductions & documentation), ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience. Attendance Management - Monitor and manage employee attendance & leave records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. HR Administration - Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks as needed. Competitor Analysis - Conduct market research on competitors to understand their recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques. Rewards & Recognition - Come up with strategies and plans for rewards and recognition. Set metrics and criteria for judging employees for rewards. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). An interest in HR with a keen approach to identifying people's capabilities and adaptability through effective communication. Show more Show less
