Don’t hesitate to apply. 🔸Responsibilities:- - Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans. - Manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment. - Review applications and Interview processes. - Coordinate with the candidates Proactively. - Develop recruitment related Documents. - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives And systems. - Provide counseling on policies and procedures. - Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job Descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. 🔸 Skills Required:- - Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing Skills. - Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay Focused and generate high quality leads. - Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to Deliver engaging presentations. - Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivated and Organized. - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
