• Location

  : Bangalore, HSR Layout, Sector 1.

• Office Timings

  : 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

• Mode

  : Hybrid (WFH on Saturdays)

• Stipend

  : ?20,000/- per month.

• Duration

  : 6-month internship with the possibility of full-time conversion (PPO) after the completion of the internship, based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring and knowledge about the current hiring trends.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
• Experience/knowledge in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in high-volume environments.
• At least one internship experience is a must (in-office internship, preferably in startups).
• Experience/knowledge of working with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Manage our HRIS system by updating candidate information, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with Multiple Hiring agencies to ensure adequate availability of candidates.

Requirements

• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and organize recruitment data.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and project management concepts.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask across hiring for multiple roles simultaneously and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
