As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in managing and improving the HR operations of a multifaceted and globally connected company. This internship will give you exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, policy development, and performance management. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining real-world insights into the dynamic world of HR.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Hiring:

    Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support our growing team.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Contribute to planning and executing team-building activities, workshops, and engagement programs.
  • Onboarding & Orientation:

    Help new employees seamlessly integrate into the company culture through structured onboarding processes.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:

    Support documentation, HR policies, and database management to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Performance & Training Support:

    Assist in tracking employee performance, organizing training sessions, and gathering feedback.
  • HR Analytics & Reports:

    Gather and analyze data related to recruitment, employee satisfaction, and retention trends.

    Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective internship programs and team collaboration.
