Role Overview : We're looking for driven and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our fast-paced, innovation-led team. This internship offers a real-world experience in human resource management at a tech startup — perfect for someone eager to grow their career in HR. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. Manage applicant tracking and HR databases. Help onboard new interns/employees and support documentation processes. Coordinate internal communication and team engagement activities. Draft job descriptions, offer letters, and HR policy documents. Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
