About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and attendance data.
• Help with HR operations such as compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal departments.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on-site at our Delhi location.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
