Job Title: HR Intern Location: Mumbai Job Overview: As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources in a dynamic and growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Help in the onboarding process for new employees. Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events. Assist in the communication of HR policies and procedures to employees. Documentation and Administration: Help maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents. Support with creating and maintaining databases for attendance, leaves, and other personnel records. General HR Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including responding to employee queries. Contribute to HR projects as needed. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in HR and people management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
