GAO Tek Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our growing team. This

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Internship

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 3-6 months

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Help identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, social media,

professional networks, and outreach platforms. Building a strong talent pipeline for

current and future hiring needs.

• Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to help

streamline the recruitment process.

• Maintain positive candidate experiences by managing follow-up communications,

answering queries, and ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the

process.

• Support new employee integration and ensure timely communication of required

information during the onboarding process.

• Contribute to research efforts aimed at identifying growth opportunities, industry trends,

and emerging recruitment practices.

• Help engage potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore

collaboration opportunities. Build and maintain relationships to support strategic growth

and partnerships.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Have an interest in HR and supporting organizational growth initiatives.

• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced, global work environment.
