Role Description This is a remote internship for Human Resources Interns. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about people management. Day-to-Day responsibilities • Job Advertising: Posting job openings on social media, job boards, and job search platforms. • Resume Screening: Reviewing resumes to select suitable candidates for the position. • Interviews: Conducting interviews with the shortlisted candidates. • Job Post Updates: Updating job postings when vacancies change. • New Employee Orientation: Assisting with the orientation and paperwork for new employees. Employee Records Maintenance: Maintaining and updating employee records regularly. • Database Updates: Updating databases with new employee information.
