Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Indore. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, manage personnel records, coordinate employee benefits, and support the HR management team in various tasks. Daily responsibilities include maintaining employee files, assisting with recruitment processes, organizing HR events, and supporting employee relations activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience in HR Management and understanding of HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits management
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
