Overview:

Digitide is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations within a dynamic and creative organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases.

Assist in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities.

Participate in onboarding activities for new hires.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with LinkedIn and online job portals.

A keen interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
