Human Resources (HR) Internship

Role Overview: As an Intern at Tricornio Technologies, you will be involved in various aspects of the recruitment and HR processes. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. - Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. - Conduct data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to track HR metrics and trends. - Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement programs and training initiatives. - Provide general administrative support to the HR team and participate in special projects as assigned.
