Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct cold calling to reach potential candidates and share job opportunities.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Maintain and update the candidate database for future reference and hiring needs.
• Record and track candidate referrals and received references.
• Coordinate with the HR team to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Assist in shortlisting resumes as per job requirements.
• Support the team in maintaining daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.
• Contribute to employer branding and other HR initiatives as needed.
