Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Conduct market research on HR practices to identify industry trends and best practices Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to attract and retain top talent Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process Assist in employee onboarding activities including documentation and orientation sessions Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities Handle hiring requirements of all the departments of the company Manage a team of HR interns and manage their day-to-day roles and manage the database of the company, hiring requirements and work SOPs About Company: Our team at 'My Equation' is a tightly knit group of passionate individuals with a shared objective of achieving consistently excellent results as well as having fun in the process, welcoming, and growing.
