Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates for various roles Ensure timely communication and smooth integration of new hires into the team Maintain dashboards, manage intern groups, and support daily HR workflows Ensure adherence to processes and handle basic documentation needs Collect and analyze recruitment metrics to track performance and trends Prepare reports and share actionable insights with the HR team Build positive relationships with candidates and address their queries effectively Act as a bridge between interns, HR, and the core team for seamless coordination Collaborate on hiring needs and explore outreach or partnership opportunities Support compliance with HR policies and contribute to impactful initiatives About Company: Pawzz is a revolutionary animal welfare organization operating in Gurgaon.
