Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance data and documentation Help with documentation during onboarding and exit processes Ensure accurate filing of employee documents (both digital and physical) Coordinate with internal teams for employee queries and HR-related concerns Assist with HR compliance audits and reports Help streamline and improve HR processes and SOPs About Company: Basic Home Loan is India's first automated platform for secured lending with a special focus on the affordable housing segment. Given its complexity, home loans cannot be fully digitized; but there is a huge scope for automation, and through our approach, we have created an asset-lite network of home loan agents who utilize our technology to handhold customers from research to final disbursement.
