Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding process Work on end-to-end recruitment Understand the stakeholder's requirements and keep information about the company, industry work culture, and environment Source candidates on various job portals and social media platforms like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook, IIM Jobs, etc. Shortlist suitable candidates and schedule interviews Brief shortlisted candidates about the company, job responsibilities, salary, and other benefits of the job to ensure clarity Note: This is a work-from-office internship based out of Malad, Mumbai.
