Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers Handle onboarding and induction of new employees Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date Assist in payroll processing and leave management Support performance management processes Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Assist with training and development coordination About Company: UniAcco (by Adventum Student Living Private Limited) intends to build a cutting-edge, technology-based platform to provide end-to-end solutions to international students to achieve their dreams.
