Job Description

Key Responsibilities Partner with the business to understand their concerns. Identify unique roles within the organization. Identify training needs across teams and functions. Conduct sales training programs as per the identified needs. Deliver POSH training to all members. Support and implement Learning & Development interventions to strengthen people capability. Conduct structured induction for all new joiners. Update and maintain the Induction PPT as per the latest guidelines. Conduct exit interviews of resources on Day 1 of departure. Study and analyze attrition trends to identify improvement areas. Facilitate succession planning across critical roles. Support and coordinate engagement activities and address related issues. Organize and execute engagement activities at Corporate and other locations. Collect data and follow up with Plant, Sales, and Corporate teams for the Quarterly E-Magazine.
