Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, and handling employee benefits and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for supporting the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and processes, while promoting employee engagement and workplace culture. The ideal candidate will contribute to streamlining and strengthening HR operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• 1-2yrs of Experience in handling end to end recruitement and onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards is a plus
