Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Payroll & Compliance, and Employee Grievance Redressal . The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive work culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and driving organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Joining Process Ensure smooth transition for new hires into the organization. Coordinate documentation, background checks, and joining formalities. Introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and teams. Provide access to tools, systems, and workspace setup. Organize orientation sessions and initial training. Assign buddy or mentor to support early integration. Track and improve onboarding experience through feedback. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction. Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and performance management initiatives. Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement retention strategies. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Maintain compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Handle employee benefits administration and statutory compliance. Develop and enforce company policies in alignment with industry standards and regulations. Employee Grievance Redressal: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally. Implement fair and transparent grievance-handling mechanisms. Ensure a healthy and inclusive work environment. Mediate workplace disputes and take corrective action when necessary. HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to track workforce performance and improve HR processes. Prepare reports on hiring trends, employee turnover, and engagement metrics for leadership. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR management with expertise in the mentioned functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently and strategically.
