What you’ll be doing:Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.Supporting employee engagement and team-building activities.Coordinating appraisals, performance reviews, and feedback processes.Ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.Being a friendly, reliable go-to person for all things people.
