Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement and update HR policies, manage employee relations, maintain organizational compliance, and support the recruitment process. The role will also involve managing day-to-day HR activities, promoting workplace satisfaction, and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Expertise in core Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and handle multiple responsibilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Monthly Pay Rs 7000 to 10,000
