Role Description

We are looking for a human resources executive to join our team in Indore (on-site).

This is a full-time position responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring smooth execution of all HR activities.

The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and other key HR functions to support MotionGility’s growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and compliance practices.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for various roles.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
• Manage performance appraisals, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Human Resources roles (experience in creative, marketing, or agency environments preferred).
• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.
