Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing, and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, facilitating employee engagement activities, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the outsourcing or digital marketing industry is a plus
