🎓 Education: Graduation - B.Com/BBA/LLB/PGDMS (MBA HR or Certification in HR/Contracts/Corporate Law preferred)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR processes: onboarding, exits, records, audits
• Ensure labor law & policy compliance
• Draft/review contracts (NDAs, SOWs, vendor/client agreements)
• Track contract timelines, risks, and obligations
• Coordinate with legal, finance & business teams
• Drive employee engagement & HR reporting

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of compliance, contracts, and HR policies
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Proficient in MS Office; exposure to HRIS/contract tools preferred
