Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, implementing HR policies, and facilitating positive employee relations. The role includes coordinating recruitment efforts, managing employee records, conducting onboarding processes, and addressing HR-related queries to ensure a smooth functioning business environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Experience and expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in event management or creative industries is a bonus
• Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
