Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including HR operations, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and performing general HR management responsibilities. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to contribute to a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the events management industry is a plus
