Human Resources Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a sharp and energetic HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations including hiring coordination, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role supporting the people engine behind Kolo’s growth across cities and functions. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, manage pipelines, and track progressPost JDs, screen applications, and conduct initial candidate interactionsFacilitate offer roll-outs, background checks, and onboarding documentation 2. HR OperationsMaintain employee records, contracts, and attendanceAssist with payroll coordination, contractor payouts, and compliance supportSupport documentation for EPF, ESI, and local labor requirements 3. Employee EngagementAssist with organising team events, onboarding sessions, and HR communicationsSupport in feedback collection and execution of engagement initiativesMaintain internal HR dashboards (joining, exits, attrition, etc.) 4.
