Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Human Resources Executive Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management and operations, supporting employee relations, and aiding in the implementation and administration of HR policies. Daily tasks will include handling employee inquiries, assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR-related projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience with HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Must have familiarity with HR Policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
