Role Description

This is a full time on-site role located in Vasai for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing day-to-day HR management tasks. The role also involves ensuring company compliance with HR practices and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and HR Policies development
• Expertise in building and maintaining Employee Relations
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in a similar role or relevant HR experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
