Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Post jobs, manage applications, and conduct preliminary HR rounds. Onboarding & Documentation Manage joining formalities and employee induction. Maintain HR records and employee databases. Employee Engagement Plan team activities and engagement initiatives. Address employee concerns and maintain a healthy work culture. HR Operations Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll inputs. Support performance management and appraisal coordination. Compliance & Administration Handle background verification, contracts, and HR documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in startups or education/tech sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools. Highly organized, proactive, and a team player.
