Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Support the HR department in implementing programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR-related activities.Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies and legal obligations.Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of HR projects and initiatives.Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits promptly and accurately.Assist in organizing company events and activities that promote wellness and team building.
