Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Recruitment Executive to support our growing HR team. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding. Responsibilities also include HR operational tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and supporting process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, familiarity with HR systems, and a passion for building efficient HR workflows. Education/Experience MBA or PGDBM in Human Resources.
