Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located at Courtyard by Marriott Madurai in Tiruchirappalli. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include facilitating recruitment processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, implementing training programs, and maintaining compliance with local labor laws while supporting employees and departments to drive success.

• Skills in HR Management and understanding of core Human Resources (HR) functions
• Proficiency in HR Operations and ensuring smooth implementation of HR systems
• Competence in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
• Knowledge of creating, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR Policies
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical HR practices
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
