Human Resources (Contract-6 months)

You will be working at Vetic, an organization that provides high-quality healthcare services for pets across India. With a team of over 150 expert veterinarians and 40+ pet healthcare centers in 11 cities, Vetic aims to offer holistic and compassionate care for pets. The services provided include consultations, grooming, in-house diagnostics, surgeries, and a fully equipped pharmacy. Additionally, Vetic offers pet food and accessories with 90-minute home delivery, along with an app for pet parents to access healthcare solutions, book appointments, and shop for essentials. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. - Supporting onboarding and documentation of new hires. - Helping to organize employee engagement initiatives. - Maintaining HR databases and reports. - Coordinating with different teams for HR-related queries. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
