Job Description

  • Deliver, and manage region-wide employee programs that aligns with business priorities, employee wellness, organizational development, and community engagement.
  • Deliver and manage internal and external employee communications across India offices; develop and execute campaigns, events, and promotional materials via webpages, newsletters, posters, and signage.
  • Own and execute local employee events and engagement programs, including planning, site leadership council, cross-functional collaboration, and oversight of a small distributed team.
  • Execute business operations for India Technology Centers, including program management frameworks, governance structures, KPIs, audit, compliance, risk management, and business continuity planning.
  • Partner closely with site leaders, senior stakeholders (Facilities, HR, IT, Finance, Real Estate), Employee Resource Groups, and Community teams to execute center priorities and maximize employee engagement.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships; build influential partnerships for site enablement.
  • Measure and report the impact of experiences, communications, and operations on employee engagement, program success, and business outcomes.
  • Bring best practices from industry, facilitate executive presentations, propose innovative approaches, and support transformation programs.
  • Champion employee listening programs and ensure the voice of employees is front and center in organizational strategies.
  • Apply critical thinking and leverage strategic insights grounded in data analysis.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and interdepartmental relationships.
  • Lead the development of compelling business cases for initiatives, awards, and external engagements, presenting these effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing strong multitasking abilities.
  • Connect disparate information to see the overarching vision and bigger picture.
  • Lead with clarity, guided by vision and core organizational values.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and consistent follow-through on commitments.
  • Proven track record of executing large-scale programs and projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Experienced in creating and managing executive-level proposals and presentations with professionalism and impact



Qualifications

  • 5+ years in employee communications and engagement for a global workforce; operations, or program management, preferably in a technology or fintech environment.
  • Proven ability in leading programs, managing cross-functional teams, developing executive-level presentations, and driving large-scale projects across multiple sites.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; passion for business strategy, inclusion, and creating impactful employee experiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results, influence without authority, and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Strong process mindset, change agility, and resilience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of communications channels, business operations, analytics, employee listening, and the payments/fintech domain preferred.
