Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Associate will manage day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment and onboarding, assisting in HR operations, facilitating training and development initiatives, and maintaining employee records. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with organizational policies, addressing employee queries, and supporting the overall HR function in creating a productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources functions, including HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Training & Development to foster employee growth and professional development
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams
• Proficiency with HR processes, tools, and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with workplace regulations and best practices in HR is a plus
