As we expand our team, we are searching for a Human Resources Associate who shares our commitment to building a positive and productive workplace. Role Responsibilities Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Maintain employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance. Support payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees. Help manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements. Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures. Monitor attendance and manage employee leave requests. Conduct research for HR best practices and industry trends. Support performance management processes and employee evaluations. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities. Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and screening resumes. Schedule and coordinate interviews for potential candidates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and databases. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field. Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
