Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate HR Executive who is eager to learn and implement holistic HR processes. The ideal candidate should have a deep interest in human resources and a strong passion for driving HR strategies in the organisation. As an HR Executive, you will be guided by our HR Consultant through every step of the way to enhance your knowledge and skills in HR management. If you have a keen desire to grow within the HR field, implement industry best practices, and contribute to shaping the future of the company, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Additionally, if you have skills in content writing, it will be considered an added advantage! Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes (posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, etc.) Support the employee onboarding process and help new hires settle into the company culture. Assist in employee relations, ensuring effective communication between employees and management. Handle HR documentation and maintain personnel records accurately. Help to implement and manage the performance management system. Be actively involved in training and development activities, organising workshops, and improving employee skills. Assist in compensation and benefits management, ensuring all payroll processes are accurate and timely. Aid in employee engagement initiatives and programs to improve morale and workplace culture. Work closely with the HR consultant to understand and implement strategic HR policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and ensure all HR processes comply with legal requirements. Skills & Requirements: Passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow in the field. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to write content (articles, policies, employee newsletters, etc.) will be a plus. MBA in HR or any relevant HR qualification is required. Prior experience in HR or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong desire to work with a dynamic team and contribute positively to the company. Why Join Us?
