Role Description This is a full-time work from home role for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. The intern will also support the HR team with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Skills in Personnel Management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior internship or experience in an HR role is a plus Show more Show less
