Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, is for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will handle daily HR-related activities such as maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, assisting with benefits administration, and conducting or arranging employee training sessions. The role also includes managing HR Information Systems, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and providing support in HR management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management practices
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Ability to assist with Training programs and development initiatives
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in an HR support role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements is beneficial
