Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi & jaipur for a Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, managing employee benefits, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and using HRIS systems effectively. Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR policies, handling employee queries, and streamlining administrative processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Law compliance
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in a similar role within the travel or tourism industry is a plus
